The guarantee

Every Handbook Kit purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your kit doesn't match your state's current requirements as described on the product page, tell us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund the full purchase price. No forms, no hoops.

How to request a refund

Email hello@handbookguard.com with your order details and let us know what didn't match. We'll process the refund to your original payment method — no explanation beyond "this didn't work for me" is required.

Timing

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of request. Depending on your card issuer, it can take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

What this doesn't cover

• This guarantee covers the Handbook Kit product itself — it isn't legal advice and doesn't guarantee the outcome of any employment dispute.
• Requests made more than 30 days after purchase are handled case-by-case — email us and ask.
